The process starts with a standard screener phone call. In this interview, you are asked typical questions like "what do you know about the company?", etc.. After the screener, you are supposed to be notified in a few day on whether you have moved onto the next round. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow up emails, I was never notified about my status regarding next steps. My suggestion moving forward for the recruitment team would be to have interviewers follow through on their promise to update applicants on their candidacy.
