I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join Domino Data Lab, and I want to highlight how smooth, efficient, and professional the hiring process was. A special thank you to my recruiter and recruiting operations, who did an outstanding job keeping me and the interview team up to date at every step of the process. Their communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire experience seamless.
Having had negative experiences with other companies in the past—one stretching the process for over two and a half months and another for a month—Domino's approach was a breath of fresh air. The process here was an intense two weeks but completely fair, focused, and respectful of my time. In today's hiring climate, seeing a company operate with such a sense of urgency and purpose is both refreshing and inspiring.
I feel genuinely fortunate to be joining an organization that values efficiency and treats candidates with such professionalism. Domino Data Lab has set a gold standard for how the hiring process should be conducted. Thank you again for the opportunity!

During the interview process, I was asked about my past performance and the ARR I had generated from enterprise customers. I found these questions to be completely appropriate for the role, as they focused on ensuring customer success and satisfaction. The interview process had a strong emphasis on strategic thinking rather than getting into the tactical, day-to-day details. At this level, and for what is expected of a CSM, the focus on strategy over blocking and tackling felt both relevant and refreshing.

Entrevista
Overall, I had a positive experience throughout the interview process, better than most I've been through. The Domino team was extremely responsive and are thorough in the # of meetings/interviews they coordinate with team members. Providing ample opportunity to meet potential team members and understand the business/role.
