It was quite simple and quick for me. All I did was fill out a sheet about my prior work experience, information, and availability. I received a call from the manager a few days later and he confirmed what my availability was before hiring me.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
