Applied online. A couple days later, I received a phone call asking when I can get an interview with the manager. The interview was very simple. The manager went over my resume and asked for more detail in what I did in my previous jobs. After the questions, I had to show them my social security card and driver's licence for a background check and had to take a drug test. I got a call back saying I got the job.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
