I did an application online and 5 days later I got a call from the manager telling me that she's having interviews 4 days after that day. I went to the interview it was short and simple she asked a few questions and was very cool we had multiple normal conversations as well. She gave me a paper with the address to the place to have my orientation and that was it.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
