Interviews are very basic they focus on your ability to drive or turn up on time. You will be asked about yourself and what your currently doing. The interviewer will try to drill down to how flexible you are and if your willing to work in a busy, hot kitchen environment
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
