I was given a phone call on afternoon by one of the managers, who requested I come in for an interview the next day at 2pm. He was benevolent in his approach which made me feel very comfortable about starting work.
I went to the store at 2pm the following day, the interview process was very simple. The manager asked me some very basic questions (Experience, Days you can work) and also asked me to fill out some legal documents which would enable me to start work.
I started work three days later.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
