I had to do 2 interviews and it was nerve wracking, but they mostly just ask you questions about how you would manage a team and what you would do in certain situations, since you can’t answer ‘get a manger’ like you would in a team member interview.

What are some weaknesses that you think could negatively impact your management skills
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.

Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
