The interview process was long and thorough. If anyone decides you're not a good fit, then you don't make it to the final interview. You will have several group interviews, each of which is designed to test either your technical ability, business acumen, or your fit culturally. Last year, Domo hired something like 5% of all applicants, so you need to stand out.

Entrevista
A recruiter made contact with me after applying for the position. He then sent me to a website where I completed about 30 SQL based questions and answered two questions on video. The video questions allow you one minute to read and about 2-3 minutes to answer. You can only record the video one time. The SQL based questions are not very detailed in instruction. Some of the SQL questions ask you to explain what the SQL code does, but doesn't specify if you should explain them in technical terms or non-technical terms. They also don't tell you if it is PLSQL, MySQL or MSSQL. There is also no heads up when your video questions start. You click next question and all of a sudden you have one minute to read a question, think about your answer and the recording starts.
The recruiter was very personable and professional.
I thought that I would have better been able to present myself better with an in person interview.

Got a call from the recruiter on a Saturday. Got a link for a 2 hour online assessment later that day. Online assessment was moderately difficult. On site interview was scheduled after 1 week with several VPs. However, got a call and text 2 hours before the interview that they would have to reschedule. This time the interview line up was completely different, more from similar roles. The interview was 3.5 hr long. This was followed by another 2 hour onsite interview followed by a phone interview. Got a verbal offer same day and after some negotiation we agreed on an offer. This process took about a month. I had to follow up a few times in between work make sure things were rolling.
