Interview process was organised with Area specific personnel mixed with HR representation. Mostly behavioural questions tailored to the job description and common interview questions like tell us about yourself. Example of behavioural question was “Tell us about a time that you disagreed with your supervisor/manager over the approach to doing a job, state the job, the root of the challenge and how it was resolved based on the part you played in the resolution. This went on for about an hour, before HR questions.
