I got to chat with a company recruiter for the initial phone screen, but I never heard back from her after that. No emails, no phone calls. They just disappeared.

Applied for the job online, and then received a take home design challenge directly without any introduction call. The design challenge has 3 task and they are closely related to the product (like redesign a flow etc.). I don't think this is a right way to approach to candidate, and make me feel like they are looking for candidate to do work for them for free. Looking for jobs is mutual, and i hope they understand that candidate is also looking for a right fit. At least make candidate see first why you are deserving their time.
