Sat me down asked me a bunch of questions about my past landscaping experience. I let him know i didnt have any and was wanting full time work ans currently had a really good full time job that just recently was ending. Gave me the lowest wage possible which is fair. Described to me after a couple months when you get accustom to everything and you want to specialise in something, they pay for half the course and you get a wage inscrease. This process takes over 3 years to even apply for, not a couple months. Went on the computer for 20 minutes and answered a sales call and negoiated a sale while i was sitting down in the room. I told him this day worked for an interview but i didnt have that much time, he didnt have a problem with a shorter interview on the phone. When i arrived the day of the interview, he let me know it would take an hour, not the 30 minutes i was told on the phone, leading me to have to cancel my appointment.
