Entrevista
I was invited to apply for the position by the hiring manager. I was very excited about the role and company, so I applied right away. I had a phone call with the recruiter a few days later who let me know he was going to set up an interview with the hiring manager and just needed to chat to go over some of the HR details. After that I didn’t hear anything. I emailed 4 or 5 times and never got a response. Incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication.

Entrevista
I received an email notifying me of having an interview with the talent acquisition. I was excited about the role and the company as it aligned with my goals as a designer. I was told that I'll be notified of the next steps once the VP of Design discusses their schedule. I emailed for a check in on the process and never got a response. Lack of communication is unprofessional.
