Applied online. Got an email from the HR rep asking to set up a phone screen call with the hiring manager. Super detailed response included details about the role as well as salary expectations which were kind of surprising. After the phone screen, there was another call set up with the Design Director who oversees the Product team. Next step was a homework assignment. It provided results from a A/B test asking for analysis and recommendations. Final round was an in-person interview of multiple rounds meeting folks from various teams such as engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Design, and UX. After was sent an email directly from the hiring manager letting me know they went with someone else.
Overall the process was very slow, it did start over the holidays so that I'm sure affected it. In general, the HR rep was responsive and kept me in the loop. I emailed the hiring manager back asking for feedback which they provided which was helpful.
