The representative and I spoke by phone. She described the company and the job responsibilities. She described job responsibilities that were not in the original job description. I immediately lost interest in the job.

Great interview with super friendly staff. The first interview was with the current IT Manager and second was with CEO and other managers. The questions were nonstandard questions which give it more of a personal feel.
