Interview process is very straightforward until you reach the conversation with a Launcher (3rd step). Given the nature of most startups, interviewers from Doordash, particularly Launchers, are not adequate in conducting proper interviews nor are they actually experienced in performing proper interviews. From my experience, the interviewer (Launcher) was falling asleep during my interview, yawning, and not fully paying attention to my responses, giving excuses that they were on a business trip. If that is the case then it would've been best to inform the interviewee beforehand otherwise the conversations are not useful for both parties and disrespectful as my time is also being wasted.
