typical call with hr then 1-2 calls after with core team. 1 with the hiring manager and 1 with sales lead. HR was one of the most amazing experiences I had with an organization. hiring manager was proven solid veteran lead who know her stuff and was refreshing to see someone with experience not just externally but in terms of career length. the sales lead was a bit all over the place with random but good questions. tried to stump me a few times and/or get a view into my thought process but couldn't keep a consistent line of thinking. a bit green but thats just a by product of being a great brand and success. this role has been vacant for 8 months and i think some consistency to make sure all interviewers are on same page may help? its a great company and for a role to go that long without a hire, at some point you have to look internally and make sure what is the problem.
