Phone Screen --> The hiring manager already seemed to be busy/in a rush when she called me and quickly asked me to walk me through her background. I walked her through my background and she seemed unpleased and quickly ended the interview after that. I tried to ask a few questions to show interest and she answered the questions very vaguely and then asked "can I help you with anything else?" After I said "no", she quickly hung up.

Recruiter screen to learn more about your background -passed
1x case study, they give you 3x days to complete. You can YouTube how others do it. They give you a dataset and you have to give some recommendations. It took me longer than expected-passed
2x 30min interviews. One behavioural then one to explain the role after. Bit weird if you ask me to do it that way.
It’s an average tech company process but I was pretty unimpressed with the calibre of people who interviewed me. Plus the rejection email says it’s against company policy to give any feedback on why I was not successful for the role - especially since I spent so much time on the case study!
