I had a great experience interviewing with DoorDash. Within a few days of applying, they reached out to me to schedule a quick chat on the phone to discuss the job. Then I was asked to do a take-home assignment which took a few hours. We had 24 hours to complete the assignment, but we could choose when to start. After that, it only took a few business days for them to review my assignment and ask me back for 2 back-to-back video interviews. The first one asked about my background, and the second one was a case interview. The interviewers were familiar with my background and had read my take-home assignment, which I really appreciated. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and high-achieving. After 3 days, a DoorDash recruiter emailed me to let me know that I was not selected for the next round. Although I wish I had received an offer in the end, I was happy with the overall experience.
