No Interview so like it’s mainly just you submitting your information and then doing a background check. Relatively easy process, should be easy to get in. That’s how it is.

There was no interview it was just documentation - license, safety in driving, etc. As long as you have a good record there's no particular selection process. And as long as there are enough open spots in your area you can easily join after submitting all the paperwork.
