HR team is a mess, they will reschedule your interview and then reschedule again the day before your call. I had my interview rescheduled 3 times. Once the time came for the interview, they were late to the call. Very unprofessional. After restating how I was in a part time MBA program to grow my career, they immediately ended the interview 6 minutes into the call, despite my initial application and resume stating I was in a part time MBA program. They wasted my time emailing them for 2 weeks and rescheduling my own meetings to accommodate to their schedule just for 6 minutes of wasted time and no opportunity. Based off my experience with the HR team, DoorDash does not value employee growth or career advancement. The reason I was told that the interview was being ended was because quite frankly, do not believe in a work life balance, they need 60+ hours weekly which I assume is closer to 80 hours, based off telling the recruiter I already work 50+ hours and take night classes 2 times a week, HR still did not want to move forward with someone who values time management. Apparently they need employees to work through the night and be on call for international partners in Germany. Overall very negative experience for the interview, and negative outlook on DoorDash and it's hiring process as well as work life balance. I would not recommend this company to anyone reading this review and would instead refer them to Instacart or Uber Eats, whose HR teams have been more competent.
