Very time taking, opaque and disrespectful interview process. After reading the comments here I was discouraged to interview, and my experience only confirmed what I had read here. I firstly had a 15-minute screening call with the hiring manager, who walked me through the role. The hiring manager was late to the call but it was an informative conversation. Afterward, I completed a 48-hour data analytics exercise that was extremely arduous and tedious. Analyzing 18000 lines of data and visualizing it takes a lot of effort, and I don't think I would be successful in this round if I didn't spent every waking second making further analyses and making them look nice. I passed this round and later did 3 interviews with people on the team. The first two were behavioral and the last one was a verbal case of hypotheticals and conversations. The same hiring manager who did my initial screening call was also one of my 3 interviewers, and told me I had a great interview and looked forward to talking with me later in the process. However, later HR told me they were no longer moving on with my application and gave no reason even after I sent emails to HR and to the hiring manager.
