I had a very non-formal, somewhat unprofessional phone interview to start. I spoke with a gentleman and he asked me normal questions about my resume, experience, and background. He said that he was going to refer me to the next interview and two days later I received an email to schedule a google hangout interview with the Los Angeles Partnership Lead. They told me to prepare myself for a sales scenario when I spoke to them. I studied and did everything I could to get ready for the interview only to have them not show up for the google hangout. I then called them and was told it must be a computer malfunction because the gentleman was waiting for me to join. They said they would reschedule with me. In their email it says if the Google hangout doesn't work they would call me, but that never happened. I followed up with them the next two following days only to receive a generic email on the third night saying they were moving on with someone else. This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been a part of.

I applied to Doordash online. Cam emailed me within a few days and we scheduled a call. The interview was casual and basic phone screen. Cam was very respectful and knowledgeable about the business. He seemed very passionate about DoorDash which was a good sign. I did move on to the next round but he sent a courteous email within 2 days to let me know the update which I liked as opposed to some other interviewers who would leave you hanging and never respond. Overall good experience.
