The interview process took about four weeks and involved five interviews. It began with an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by meetings with the hiring manager, then two other managers, and finally the director. They mostly asked similar questions throughout the five interviews. Unfortunately, after this lengthy process, I did not receive any constructive feedback; instead, I got a generic email stating that I did not get the job. The overall process was very time-consuming and didn't seem worthwhile, as it appeared they didn’t fully utilize all applicants' experiences.
