Mainly competency based and how good of a fit you would be at the company. Very little technical aspect. Interviewers were really friendly and asked about situations where I displayed and demonstrated a passion for technology.

Everyone including the interviewer is very friendly and welcoming. It is a wonder experience overall and no pressure throughout the process. No t much technical question in all interview stages.

1. Applied with CV and cover letter. 2. Telephone interview that lasted for around 10 minutes. It seemed like the person didn't really care about interview performance at this stage because I thought I didn't do too well, but I was invited to the next one. 3. In person interview: a full day at their office. There were presentations, lunch, a tour of the office and then the interview. I felt that I got rejected for reasons that could have been scoped out from the telephone interview. But I'm not too disappointed about it, as their tech was very old fashioned.
