I had a first-round interview as part of the selection process for a role at Dost AI. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The conversation was 100% one-sided and focused exclusively on answering questions, without providing any information about the company, the role, or the next steps. The meeting ended abruptly, leaving no time to ask questions or clarify expectations. There was also a recording of the interview. Since the interview, I have followed up 3 times but never received any reply or update on the process, nor on data and recording usage. Overall, the experience left a negative impression of the recruitment approach.
