For external candidates there is a phone pre-screening interview done prior to a face to face interview. If there is still interest in the candidate they will be moved on to a face to face interview. Dot Foods' interview processes utilize behavioral based interview questions delivered by a panel of trained interviewers. Prior to a job offer being made there will be an additional interview with the hiring manager.
