Sign up for the Agility and written test. Attend it on the scheduled day along with around 20-30 people (you're not the only one with a dream). After the agility test which is ridiculously simple you may be invited to attend the written on the same day. A few days later you will be notified of your ranking in the interview process, the HR coordinator will send the first few the PD asks for then so on and so fourth until Quota has been reached. If you are not selected you will be put on the eligible list for future dates.
