I was interviewed at a nearby cafe next to the store that I applied at. It was very laid back and took around 10-20 minutes. I believe interviewed by the manager of the store at the time.

I applied through seek/The Just Group's website, i got an emaile and a text the following day asking i was open to a quick interview on the phone. It was less than 10 minutes long, standard questions like what interests me about the role, what good customer service is,etc.
During the phone interview, towards the end, i was asked if i was okay with doing a group interview via zoom.
The group interview was with ~16 other applicants it last for a little over an hour. The first 30-40 minutes was spent on everyone introducing yourself. Questions like: your name, what stores you applied for, what you're proud of, what you think good customer experience is, and a fun fact about you that no one knows.
Then the second half of the interview was an activity to see how well you can sell a piece of clothing. Each person was show and item of clothing and had to do a 1 minute pitch of its features, how you could style it, what other item of clothing you would pair it with etc.
