Online application. Phone interview, design test, then in person. Mostly focused on portfolio work, creative process and team fit, which was refreshing. No real generic interview or "gotcha!" questions. Design test after phone interview was very respectful of time. Whiteboard "design on the fly" for the in-person was a big chunk of the onsite interview, come prepared with a good strategy and work with the team!
