Initial communications was actually with dispatch who then directed me to the manager of the terminal closest to my dwelling location. When I met with the manager, I was asked, “How long were you driving for?” and “When did you graduate truck driving school?” For me there were two interviews, one was just described along with the submission of my resume and photo copy of my driver’s license. The second interview was to start and finish intellectual testing about truck driving and see how well that I can handle a tractor attached to a trailer by a test drive. All of the workers were welcoming and the office seemed clean and organized. I think that the work culture was a little more professional then general truck drivers.
