Interviewers were not well experienced in the skill of interviewing and had difficulty answering questions.

The interview process is fairly easy. You answer the same generic type of questions and normally, you hear from the hiring manager to set up an in person interview. There will be many other employees there that is on the hiring team.

Entrevista
I had two interviews, both were hijacked in order to press me into a part time opening in networking. The first interview was openly interrupted by the network rep. despite my stating my preference for fulltime work. At the second interview, which I was not told was in review for the network position, I was told that I was not being hired in order "slack off" and get away with things at work. This was the director's response to my preference for full time employment at a lower responsibility position, rather than part time, no benefits work at the higher responsibility position. The written test asked how I would rollout 300 new computers in a production environment in ninety days. I implemented the fastest rollout ever at my previous employer and it is only possible with strict use of network storage by the users. The fastest I ever got was two per day with user interaction. A 90 day rollout is greater than 3 per day not accounting for the most important part, of creating a stable, functional, and up to date base image. The business is clearly not running well and aims to compensate by hiring a midlevel network administrator who is willing to work part time and a desktop support person that is a one man army. Why the existing team is not willing to participate in these projects is beyond me, but any new hire is clearly on the losing end of a full stakes game of hot potato. Both projects are clear indicators of negligence in the arena of hardware upgrades.

Upgrade 300 machines in a 700 machine network with zero assistance in 90 days. This is possible in a lab scenario or an empty call center, but it's really aggressive for a live system with active users and a team of one.
