Entrevista
The interview was a two step interview process. The first interview was on campus and it was 2 Dow employees with myself for a get to know you and situational questions. The second on-site interview included one on one, a role play and a panel interview. This was followed by lunch and concluded the process.

Average questions for the position, classic STAR system. They look for organized and compliant employees. Interview lasts between 40 and 50 minutes. Usually is the direct manager who will conduct the interview
