30 Minute interview with someone who had worked at the company for ~5 year. Interviewer had read my CV and asked questions about relevance of my research and the what innovation I had contributed to the project.

Asked about my dissertation research and how that would translate to R&D positions at Dow. Asked about a good journal article I had read recently unrelated to my thesis research.
