Il processo di selezione è stato molto lungo (telefonata, invio di un video di presentazione, partecipazione al cena di networking e assessment day). Non avendo ricevuto risposta sull'esito entro la data comunicata, ho telefonato per avere informazioni. L'HR ha fornito una motivazione confusa e palesemente inventata sul momento per l'esito negativo. Ho chiesto di inviare un feedback scritto e non mi hanno risposto. Non accettate l'invito all'assessment!
