Submitted resume to university system for campus recruitment interview. They screen initial candidates based on the resume, then contact the applicant directly for a college campus interview. There was also an information session a day before the actual interview, where perspective applicants can ask the company questions.

For new/current PhDs: first, an on campus interview with one of the visiting recruiters then the possibility of a longer follow up interview on site including a presentation on past research endeavors
