Entrevista
The interview process was fairly casual. First was questions to make sure I fit the job description. Then I gave a 15 min research presentation followed by technical and behavioral questions. They saved time at the end for me to ask questions. Just interviewed today, so no idea if I will get a second interview or an offer yet.

What was the biggest challenge in grad school (research or other lab-related)?
Interview was ok. Gave 45 min presentation with approx 10 attendees and had personal interviews with approx 5 people. Don't remember much else unfortunately as this was a while ago.

Long but very useful. Met several stakeholders who gave a good overview of the process. At PhD level, you will have to present your work. Got a tour of the facility

On-site interview with multiple interviewers asking specific questions based on my resume and work related experience. Some behavioral type interview questions related to how I work with others and how I handle certain difficult situations
