Entrevista
Sent a quick cover letter and resume out to a listing. Was contacted by an internal recruiter, and had a 45 minute conversation with a senior member of their product / recruiting team (that part was confusing - I never understood what his role was within the company). They seemed excited by my background and quickly sent me a take home test.
The take home test consisted of two parts: some basic SQL questions based on a small MYSQL database they had you connect to.
Second part was more open: they asked to prepare information for a PM about a theoretical new feature based on some information. They said to spend ~5 hours on the whole thing.
I didn't find the exercise too hard (though it felt difficult to give any good answer to the second part and be truthful to the time limit). It was confusing how they wanted to receive the work - they had poorly written instructions that involved forking a repo and then putting in a PR for their team to review.
I never was given confirmation that anyone ever saw my work. I emailed my point of contact a few times to make sure they'd seen my work, and to see if there was any feedback or questions. Eventually another unrelated recruiter emailed me in a new thread and they told me they had gone with someone else. I'm not totally convinced my work was ever seen. Pretty bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone interview with Doximity if you value your time.

Applied thru a linkedin posting. I had a brief call with the recruiter and then she sent a hackerrank challenge to complete in no more than 5 hours. It was fairly easy but challenging to complete in 5 hrs. Then I was moved to next stage of interviews. I had 4 hour long interviews with the team on the same day. 2 were technical and 2 were behavioral- one with hiring manager and another with product manager. All went good and friendly and I had really high hopes of joining the team. With the way they spoke, they made me believe I was part of their team already. Technical rounds involved - 1 sql round and 1 python round. SQL repeated the questions that I solved in the hackerrank coding. Python was conducted by a full stack developer and asked me questions on software development related which I didn't know. After following up, they sent me a reject after a week.
