Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Dozens.
Entrevista
-was approached by a recruiter for the role
-2 stage interview, 1 with my proposed manager, then next with 2 further senior managers across the department
-the first interview was a breeze, just an informal chat about myself, my motivations etc
-second interview was a complete grilling! Fairly hard and intense questions that caught me offguard
-overall they want to see whether you'd be a good fit for the company and team, and vice versa

2 stages
First stage, basic history with one person. Second stage included a senior member and the VP.
Standard questions surrounding the expectations of the role.
Pleasant enough interview, but don't expect any professionalism, such as hearing back following the second interview.

Entrevista
The interviewer was friendly and the interview seemed to go okay. Was told I would hear back from them the following week. Then nothing. I send an email 2 weeks after the interview asking if I can get some feedback and still no response.
Is it really so hard in 2020 for an organisation to send a very quick email explaining why someone might not have got a job? Ironically for a customer service position too.
For an organisation that claims to care about people, they clearly don't care about the people who took time out of their day to apply for a job at their organisation, prepare for an interview and take an interview.
If this is how they treat people, then I consider this a bullet dodged.
