The interview was over two hours long between the couple that owns the company. They interview you separately. It was an awkward and odd interview. I was questioned why I took a promotion and didn't just remain in the lower position. I, unfortunately, took the offer, which ended up being a big mistake. The company is extremely toxic to work for because of the owners.
