I got the interview invitation through LinkedIn Recruiter. After the basic recruiter, the interview is 4 step process. Initial round is the coding round through HackerRank, where you need to complete 4 different scenarios. After that interview, I got the update from Recruiter it went positive and they want to have another 3 more rounds. One Object Oriented Design mix of OOPS and System Design where you need to explain the concepts and add your flow again in HackerRank Tool, then Technical Deep Drive where you need to pick any project and explain it in detail and finally, Hiring Manager Round. After the interview, you will finally meet your Recruiter again for 15 mins. After the long week of ghosting me and trying to reach the Recruiter, they updated me like I am not selected because the project I shared with them is not strong enough to impress the HM. Surprised to hear that because didn't know what these guys are really expecting. Your technical knowledge is not sufficient and you need to make each of these guys to believe that you are a super star. Further frustration is, you have to reach these guys for each step to get the status.
