First found phone interview was great. The phone technical interview was a disaster. Seems like the developer does not like people with a slight accent. I asked him questions about the coding question but the was very reluctant to answer anything. No feedback. The phone call was supposed to be 1 hour but only last 20 minutes. The dev said my solution is great but right after the phone interview it was rejected.

I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.

The whole process was very friendly.
HR provided comfortable and on-time communication and interview arrangements.
Interviewers were professional, basically, but not all of them would like to help during the interviews.
