Upon receiving an email, you’ll need to schedule a phone screening with the hiring manager. After the call, if successful, you will progress to an in-person interview as part of the hiring process. Each step is essential for determining your fit for the position.

One of the more engaging interviews I’ve ever had. The first round was a phone screen with a member of HR mainly talking about my experiences and DK as a company. Then had a 1 on 1 Interview with a director followed by a final round interview with 6 different employees. These interviews were more focused on the essential duties of the operations team. Everyone I met with was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my career and if I could be a fit at DK. They did a great job preparing for virtual interviews during the pandemic and made me feel comfortable at all times. The only negative part of the experience was that I was told after the final round I would receive a call with feedback (positive or negative) but that never came, but I assume that’s down for legal reasons. I would definitely recommend applying to DK as the interview process will show you how much everyone you talk to enjoys their jobs and are passionate about what they do.
