You can pretty much tell what the question they will ask by the reviews on here. Interviewer said that they weren't necessarily looking for running code, but also code style and design decisions. I thought it went okay, I was stuck on the last constraint for quite awhile and the interviewer made it a point to repeat that constraint because it was worded very weirdly. Thought it went okay; no running code but explained my thought process throughout. Interviewer gave me nods and "Yeah that makes sense," which gave me confidence. The interviewer said that they don't work in javascript on the day to day and I made it clear that I did not either. We had a few laughs when we both didn't know the exact syntax, but they knew for the most part what I was going for. Left the interview feeling iffy - but hopeful. Either I was an extremely hard *no hire* or there was only one person in the hiring decision, which would mean a huge chance for bias, because I was rejected from the technical screen *three hours* after it finished. Never got any feedback besides a copy and paste template from a no-reply email. Never going to apply here again.
