Did 5 rounds of interviews only to not get useful feedback after being ghosted for weeks, although it was not a published vacancy, through networking I spoke to the team, got to speak even to one of the CEOs and I do take responsibility for not being clear enough on some points but a constructive feedback would have been appreciated

Entrevista
Several rounds with large gaps between any feedback. What was “3 weeks” became over 2.5 months. There was a gap between each person and communication lines seemed muddled. The top level of the organization seemed the most disheveled and didn’t seem to know why they were there or what they were interviewing for. After being at several start-ups I can safely say they are not founders who can lead to the next round. People were arrogant and unhelpful and no one seemed to be leading the process.
Interesting product. Will probably be acquired.

Entrevista
Pretty standard. First, I chatted with a recruiter. Then I met with a variety of different team members one-on-one. Then I had to do a take-home assignment and present it to the team. Ultimately, It was clear they didn't know what level they were hiring for and their evaluation criteria showed this. There were major delays throughout the process, literally weeks between steps, and a lack of communication that diluted their employer brand even further than what I had learned. It's sad because the team clearly needs help but they don't know what they need; maybe they do but they're seeking perfection in a world for biases will hinder you from finding it.
