There was one interview on the phone which consisted of only a couple of questions on what I was interested in doing and I then was asked if I would like to sit down for an interview. I went in to the interview and was asked if I knew anything about the company, and I responded that I did not. (If you have knowledge of the company it is bonus). I was explained when Drayden Insurance started, and the focus it has and the was asked about my previous job experience. Explaining previous experience in insurance was an asset, but not requirement. All you would need to do, is be excited for the position you are applying for, and show that you are willing and able to learn and grow in insurance knowledge.
