Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Dream Factory Agency (Orlando, FL).
Entrevista
Two interviews, first one was with the creative manager (who no longer works for the company) and the second was with the creative manager and the COO. They were both pretty short, and relatively simple. I did show my portfolio since I was interviewing for a creative position.

Actually, this was a phone conversation interview. It was about 9 minutes long, quick and to the point. We talked about how much I knew about the company, what were the differences in Dream Factory to other Marketing Agencies and we talked about what position I would be most qualified for.

Are you a quick learner, because in the marketing area we use a lot of different software?

I was offered a position here fairly recently and my advice to any qualified candidate is to not even bother applying.
Their staff is cordial and the interview process is pretty standard. When I was informed I got the gig, the company offered me a low salary - one that is about $5-8K/year lower than what other agencies offer for the same position. While negotiating, their CEO even said something along the lines of, "don't worry, we give raises frequently" in attempt to distract me from the fact that they had just made an insulting offer. Since it's a small company, they offer ZERO BENEFITS. The job doesn't come with health insurance, a 401K or opportunities for performance bonuses. Their office is located downtown and to make matters worse, the company doesn't provide employees with parking passes, so expect to dish out around $100-125/month just to park for work.
With the low salary, lack of benefits and parking situation combined, my advice to qualified candidates is to not bother applying. You're better off pursuing a career with a different agency, like Push or Uproar, that takes care of its employees with reasonable compensation.
