This was a thirty minute process. Everyone seemed friendly and casual and willing to answer any questions openly. Interviewee should have questions prepared - this took up the majority of the time. Be curious.

Very relaxed and conversational. They know you have the skills if they booked the interview. Now they want to know if you are someone they want to work with. They really only asked one question.
