Two phone screens (personality + basic tech chops) then a couple hours of video chat (spread over three to four separate interviews). Each of these three are done on different days. If you're local, they'll bring you in to the office.

Was cold called by a recruiter to see if I was interested in hearing more about positions. Replied with an interest in hearing about them. Was never contacted again. Would of been nice to get a reply or some information, and not just thrown to the side. Especaially after them initially contacting me,

They did a short interview on our campus, during which they only looked at my resume (no time to show a portfolio) and asked a couple technical graphics questions as well as a brain teaser question.
