I applied from a Craiglist ad and was pleasantly surprised to find a normal office with a cool vibe, not a creepy dungeon. I was interviewed by the president and he was really complementary to my artwork and seemed ready to hire me right off the bat. I also participated in an artist test that allowed me to show my skills in design.
